Job Description
Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who is a private, family-owned construction company operating in New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland focusing on new site development, construction and property management. They have 200 employees that develop and manage approximately 50,000 rental apartments in 12 states, including 10,000 affordable apartments.
They are seeking a Construction Superintendent to work with their team out of the company's HQ in Rochester, New York .
Responsibilities
- Maintain Project Schedule/Timeline to ensure timely completion.
- Manage Field Personnel and Subcontractors.
- Maintain Order and Organization of jobsite and documentation.
- Maintain Communication and coordination with Subcontractors.
- Monitor progress of all sub-contractors.
- Maintain compliance with local safety codes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as a Superintendent
- OSHA 30 certificate (or SST card).
- Proven construction experience with Multifamily Housing, Apartment Buildings, and/or Educational Facilities.
- Familiar with state/local building codes.
- Supervised projects in excess of $12M
- Renovations of Multi-Family
- Renovations of Historical Projects
