Our client is a leader in metal products manufacturing. They have hired us to seek out a Melt Operations Manager for their Morgantown, PA location.
This position is responsible for overseeing the melt shop and molten product dispatch, ensuring delivery, quality, cost, safety targets, and ongoing enhancements in processes and products are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience:
Hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, coaching, disciplining, promoting, and terminating personnel
Championing change
Requirement
Qualifications include:
BS Degree in Engineering
3 years of furnace/melt shop/foundry operations experience
