Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various residential land development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project coordination, contract management, contractor relations, and crew management.
```Responsibilities```
- Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and update stakeholders.
- Prepare and review project contracts, change orders, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
```Requirements```
- Land Development experience needed
- Proven experience in construction estimating, project coordination, and project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project scheduling.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
