**Care Coordinator: Home Care Sales & Marketing**
Executive Home Care is a national company, specializing in providing quality-driven Home Care across 14 States and has been in business 18 years. South East Tampa is our newest location and we are growing fast! We strongly believe we play an integral role in the overall care continuum for patients. We prioritize quality service, transparent communication, and patient outcomes. We have an extremely knowledgeable and personable Caregiver team who are all committed to providing the best in Home Care. We have built an exciting and collaborative culture here in our Brandon, FL office and are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team part time. This position can evolve over time to more of a full time role based on activity and performance.
In this role, you will play an important role to success of our overall business and community.
*Responsibilities:*
You will perform end-to-end administrative support services for sales, including developing and capturing new leads, maintaining the sales database within our CRM platform, providing weekly reports for management, attend weekly staff meetings, consult with management and assist in sales strategy lifecycle, visit facility and other network partners within assigned territory to identify opportunities for formal relationships, and establish and manage business development strategy (sales plan) with key referral partners to ensure a healthy and productive client acquisition pipeline. Other activities as needed such as handling new client intake calls and striking in-home clients service agreements in times when owner(s) is unavailable.
*Qualifications:*
Associates Degree preferred, preferably at least 2 years in experience in driving business development activities and can demonstrate successful track record in sales. Highly preferred to possess existing book of business but will help to develop one from scratch with the right candidate. Working knowledge of medical industry (Home Care a plus), facilities such as Hospitals, ALFs / SNFs, Memory Care units, Senior Placement Services, etc. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies such as Google Ads, online Lead Generation platforms, Social Media. Highly organized and detail oriented. Enjoy working with medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, as well as professionals such as Case Workers, Social Workers, and Discharge Coordinators. Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems highly desired. Strong "soft skills" such as communication (verbal / writing), strong phone etiquette, and consummate overall people skills a must. Works autonomously, can define and organize their own days, can evaluate and manage own priorities, and present a professional and polished image to inspire trust. Must have own transportation and clean license with active insurance. Successfully pass level 2 Background check (AHCA).
