We are looking for a professional, organized person to become part of our team in the Kansas City, KS area.
Job Description for Administrative Assistant:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner to proper department
- Assist in contacting potential employees from Ads
- Complete necessary new hire paperwork including drug screens
- Assist with employee training and communication with supervisors if concerns arise
- Communication with customers for requests, concerns and message delivery to management
- Ability to work within the Cleantelligent system for communication, workorders and inspections.
Requirements
- Good Attendance
- Must be able to pass a background check at time of offer
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
