Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
•Utilize various recruitment sources, includingjob boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
•Conduct initial candidate screenings andassessments to evaluate qualifications and suitability for positions.
Candidate Engagement:
•Contact and communicate with candidates toexplain job opportunities, gather information, and schedule interviews.
•Build and maintain positive relationships withcandidates through professional and courteous interactions.
Administrative Support:
•Assist senior recruiters with administrativetasks such as data entry, document management, and job posting.
•Maintain accurate candidate records in thecompany's database.
Learning and Development:
•Participate in training programs to developrecruitment skills and industry knowledge.
•Stay updated on recruiting best practices andindustry trends.
Team Collaboration:
•Collaborate with senior recruiters and teammembers to support recruitment efforts.
•Assist with scheduling candidate interviews andcoordinating logistics.
Compliance and Documentation:
•Ensure compliance with all applicable employmentlaws and regulations in the recruitment process.
•Maintain confidentiality and handle candidateinformation with discretion.
Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Prior Recruitment or Staffing experience is a plus but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop recruiting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
