Magnify has an exciting new role looking for a talented and organized Human Resources Generalist! The HR Generalist, would be responsible for comprehensive support of the HR Department with sourcing talent, employee relations, onboarding, and payroll.

Strongly preferred:
- SHRM Certification
- Solid understanding of labor laws/employment laws
- Policy writing experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participating in development of new organizational guidelines and procedures, i.e. writing policy
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Provide support for, and collaborate with other departments
- Investigating complaints brought forward by employees and implementing solutions.
- Coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
- Managing the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
