They are growing fast, and currently seeking a Project Manager to help manage work for their global client in the automotive category.

Responsibilities :
Lead project teams through the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation
Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered within these parameters
Caucus with accounting to execute project billing and manage project-related expenses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of projects are properly planned and executed
Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and align with agency standards
Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them
Foster a positive team culture, encourage collaboration, and facilitate communication across departments and teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, project management)
2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks
Experience using project management software is a required, experience with Bonsai is ideal
Passion for a collaborative and no-silos work environment, where every idea is valued and every team member has a voice.
