Job Description:

Overview: As the Director of Smart Office Solutions, you will lead a dynamic team focused on revolutionizing the way businesses interact with clients, customers, and visitors at their physical locations. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative strategies, you will drive the development and implementation of smart office solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, sales acumen, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for front smart office solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and enhance our offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of smart office solutions with overall business strategy.

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients, expand existing accounts and establish channel partners by promoting the value proposition of our smart office solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.

1. Product Development and Innovation:

• Drive the development and enhancement of smart office products and services, working closely with engineering, design, and product management teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Champion a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

1. Project Management:

• Oversee the successful execution of smart office projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to allocate resources, mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive accountability.

1. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where diverse perspectives are valued and innovation thrives.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and objectives for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of smart office technologies, including IoT, AI, data analytics, and cloud computing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Pay Disclosure:

"The pay range for this position starts at $110000.00(Annually); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
