Primary Purpose Of PositionOversee and manage all aspects of key information management systems that have been developed in support of the energy efficiency portfolio, including all reporting, data input/output processes, user interfaces and other related processes. Work with program managers to identify gaps in data processes and develop solutions. Work with IT vendor(s) to maintain infrastructure and platforms.
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.Primary Duties And Accountabilities

• Oversee data management of these (and other related) systems, including: a) Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes b) Enhancement and usability improvements c) Cross-platform functionality d) Data Quality and Integrity e) Report and Dashboard Development
• Work with program managers and other key staff to address concerns and align platform functionality with program needs.
• Lead small team (1-2 persons) to address ongoing needs of program implementers, marketing personnel, regulatory compliance, etc. Duties may include development of ad-hoc reports or ETL processes, development of data cubes and management of Sharepoint users and sites.
• Ensure that all data systems comply with ComEd's and Exelon's data security requirements as well as applicable Federal and State laws. Identify deficiencies and develop processes to remediate any deficiencies found.
• Manage system enhancements and upgrades as needed. Work with vendors to manage upgrades, enhancements, patches and fixes on a timely basis. Provide general oversight and management to vendors of hosted systems.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee several key information management systems that have been developed in support of energy efficiency programs. You will leverage eTrack to streamline and automate various energy efficiency programs. These programs could include initiatives related to energy conservation, demand-side management, and rebate tracking. This system consists of several key components:
• Workflow Automation: You’ll set up and administer program workflows using eTrack , ensuring seamless execution of tasks. This involves creating data models, defining process flows, and establishing business rules.
• Customization and Control: Customize the platform by implementing validation rules, creating task sequences, and templatizing documents. You’ll have control over user access levels and record modifications.
• Communication and Reporting: Utilize eTrack to communicate with stakeholders via personalized emails and notifications. Generate intuitive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on program performance.
• CRM System: This platform provides program implementers with access to key data regarding business customers, facilitates lead management and lead harvesting, and allows tracking and viewing of customer communications from implementers and program managers. Salesforce is used as the current CRM platform.
• Marketing Database: This platform receives data from a multitude of sources, cleans and optimizes the data using industry-standard protocols, and renders the data in a user interface for query development. The system also provides full support for marketing campaign management and tracking. Axciom's MarketEdge is the currently used system as its Marketing Database platform, although this function is being transitioned to another vendor.
• Number of personnel managed (direct): none now but will potentially be 1-2 in the near future, (indirect): several contractors and hosted system vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer programming: 5 - 8 years relevant experience One year experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 or later, including Reporting Services, Integration Services, Analysis Services, and Other Data Tools components.
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including ability to write complex queries.
• Ability to communicate with and coordinate with a wide variety of professionals ranging from engineers to vendors, to subcontractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of T-SQL or PL-SQL
• Some programming experience using Python, VB.Net or C#
• Power BI or Tableau
