About "RZR":
"RZR" is a gripping sci-fi thriller that plunges audiences into a dystopian world dominated by artificial intelligence, neural implants, and the seedy underbelly of black-market crime.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our digital presence across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media dynamics, with a proven track record of creating engaging content, managing ad campaigns, and increasing brand visibility. This role requires a creative individual who is adept at utilizing tools such as AdSense, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, graphic design, editing, and deployment software such as Airtable to achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content tailored to each platform's audience.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging technologies, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach and enhance credibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure the content aligns with team goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X, including best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in AdSense, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, graphic design, editing, and deployment software.
- Familiarity with AI and Web3 is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Understanding of film and TV industry dynamics and trends.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
