As a Sales Development Specialist with Exigent Technologies, a leading US-based Managed Services Provider, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of our organization while making a significant income through an uncapped commission structure.

Role Title: Sales Development Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Preference for candidates residing in the metro Denver or metro Los Angeles regions)

Summary:

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization. This role is perfect for someone driven to produce results, with a sky-is-the-limit attitude towards compensation. The commission potential exceeds the base salary, with no cap. You will utilize the tools and resources provided to create a daily list of warm leads, reach out to these leads via phone, emails, and social media, and ultimately arrange meetings between our account executives and prospective customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and expansion of our business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize provided tools and resources to create daily lists of warm leads.
  • Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and social media to qualify and generate interest.
  • Set up meetings for account executives with prospective customers.
  • Attend and represent Exigent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.

Requirements and Essential Skills:

  • Driven to produce results and motivated by unlimited earning potential.
  • Confident, cool under pressure, thick-skinned, and equipped to boldly spread the word about the Exigent brand.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, sharp and engaging personality, and a charismatic presence.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot is preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
