Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Eximius Associates, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be articulate, empathetic, and skilled in managing various customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and courteous approach.
• Provide detailed information about our services, events, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, reservations, and service requests accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution.
• Handle special requests and provide additional support as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
