Position Overview: As a Team Member at Eximius Associates, you will be a vital part of our event operations, supporting various tasks and ensuring that our events run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment. Your role will involve assisting with a wide range of event-related activities and providing excellent support to both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and teardown of events, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and decorating spaces.
• Support event coordinators and managers with various tasks, including guest registration, managing schedules, and coordinating activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and handling special requests.
• Help manage event logistics, including the preparation and organisation of supplies and materials.
• Ensure that all event areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained throughout the event.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure a seamless event experience.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the success of each event.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours as required.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in event management or related fields are a plus.
