We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and assisting in various sports activities.

Duties

- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting training sessions

- Provide support and guidance to students during practice sessions

- Help students improve their skills

- Assist in organizing and supervising team events and competitions

- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment

- Educate students on the importance of physical education and sportsmanship

Qualifications

- Experience working with students in a coaching or educational setting

- Knowledge or experience in sports coaching

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage student behavior effectively

- Passion for sports and helping students reach their full potential
