Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate:
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring their best interests are always at heart.
• List, Prep, and Show Houses:
• Handle everything from listing properties to preparing and showing homes to potential buyers.
• Guide Buyers through the Buying Process:
• Manage all aspects of the buying process, including coordinating with vendors and managing timelines for a successful close.
• Advertise and Market Properties Effectively:
• Use innovative marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Negotiate Purchase Contracts:
• Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best deals for your clients.
• Network and Build New Relationships:
• Expand your network by building strong relationships within the community and industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8,803.00 - $11,750.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
