EXLP.OR VACATION PROPERTIES is a small business in Oregon. We are supportive, nimble and our goal at EXPL.OR Vacation Properties LLC is to provide our team and guests with a 5 star experience. We looking for a Housekeeper to join our team to help maintain our properties through-out Central Oregon area. The ideal candidate is someone that has atleast 1 year of working knowledge of vacation home cleanings. This is 4 to 5 days a week must be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays from 10am to 5pm. Possibly for working more days as needed.

Essential Position Requirements:

• Must be a detail-oriented, hard worker and love to clean.
• Must be energetic and have a great attitude at all times.
• Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY
• Must be available most Sundays and Mondays from 10am to 5pm

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, snow, etc.)
• Ability to stand up and move about the property for the majority of the shift
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces and can work on ladders.
• Ability to handle objects and equipment to maintain property
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.

Experience/Job Requirements:

• Have good communication skills.
• Be self-motivated.
• Detailed Oriented.
• Must have the ability to work well with guest and staff.
• Perform work with little supervision.
• Have at least 1 year of experience/ But training provided.
• Must be professional and dependable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends
• Ability to work holidays
• Ability to work under pressure
• Smart phone for our app software.
• Valid Driver’s License or means of reliable transportation
• Past a background and drug test

Responsibilities:

• Follow the instructions of cleaning supervisors.
• Carry out other cleaning-related tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Be familiar with the location of all cleaning supplies, equipment and tools.
• Be familiar with the location of all cleaning supplies, equipment and tools.
• Make sure that the cleaning schedule is followed properly.
• Provide your own supplies and equipment. Company does supply a few items.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
