Exodus Truck Mart is an independent dealership offering multiple brands of over-the-road Class 8 trucks and trailers. We currently have an operation in Miami, Florida, and Dupo, Illinois. We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our location in Miami. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can help us with the administrative, purchasing, and logistics aspects of the operation.
Job Duties:
· Assist Management and Sales with the completion and submission of all pertinent and necessary paperwork (documents, reports) required to finalize a vehicle purchase, sale, and lease, including financing.
· Ensure that all new and existing inventory is added to, removed from, and updated in all business databases and reports.
· Process all titles and title applications for customers. Collaborate with Management to ensure compliance with state requirements for registrations, tags, etc.
· Prepare memos, correspondence, invoices, emails, receipts, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents needed for the day-to-day business activities or required by Management.
· Maintain all office records and business transactions up to date.
· Perform any other administrative tasks needed, including coordination, logistics and relocation of purchased inventory with equipment vendors and with the Dupo, IL location.
· Handle incoming calls and emails; redirect inquiries to the appropriate salesperson/department. Answer customer questions and issues as needed.
· Maintain updated databases of business clients and business partners.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
