Requirements

The ideal candidate will be r esponsible for overseeing the quality of repairs, managing workload plans , ensuring resource availability, and participating in the implementation of efficient processes and tools.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead the team to achieve set objectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure the final quality of repairs and oversee the quality control of products completed by the team.
• Workload Management: Monitor and update the workload plan, managing contingencies related to the reception flow to maintain efficiency.
• Resource Management: Ensure the immediate and forecasted availability of necessary human and material resources to meet project demands.
• Process Implementation: Participate in the implementation of physical and computerized flows, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

• Proven experience in team coordination or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance-related role
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using computerized tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
