Duties:
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Showcase a variety of vehicles to customers based on their requirements, highlighting features and benefits.
- Explain pricing, financing options, and any available promotions to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process by providing exceptional service.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage leads and customer information efficiently.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
- Basic math skills for pricing discussions and financing calculations.

Pay: $60,501.05 - $72,861.48 per year
