Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the facilities maintenance and engineering department.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment building systems.
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for maintenance and engineering tasks.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and engineering management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Facilities management: 5 years (Required)
  • Food Manufacturing Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
