• Minimum of 5 years of experience working and managing in the Maintenance field, for an organization with field-based operations and teams. Experience within our MT Service and Facilities / Communities will be preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience contributing to the training and development of Facilities and Service team members.
• Professional presence and ability to communicate professionally at all levels is a must.
• Goal-oriented, studious contributor who takes extreme ownership and accountability.
• Passionate about learning, training, and development and possess an incredible customer service and growth mindset.
• Strong executor and team player with the ability to help and contribute to the team’s efforts, while also being able to work well independently and with autonomy, managing time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
