My team is growing from 2 to 3! I'm looking to hire someone who is detail oriented with some success in a prior sales role. The role has two main functions: to become an expert in real estate contracts through handling transaction coordination work for the team and also function as a buyer's agent. We closed $4.5M in sales last month and are looking to maintain momentum. Looking for someone ambitious who wants to learn to do things the right way and become a great buyer's agent over time. Candidates with success in a prior sales role and organizational skills preferred. A people person with a math or finance background would be very strongly considered; post secondary education is a plus. Must have a car, a flexible schedule and be on the way to getting a real estate license (if a high aptitude candidate was able to pass the exam very quickly, that would be considered). We sell homes primarily in Tigard, Beaverton, SW Portland and Lake Oswego.
