Project Manager

Location: Middle East

Exp Federal's mission is to provide secure technical solutions to the U.S. Federal Government utilizing skilled personnel familiar with working throughout the United States and challenging overseas contingency environments. Exp Federal delivers program management, technical services, design/build, and mission support services throughout the world. 

The Challenge:  

Exp Federal is looking to add a Project Manager for a potential project in the Middle East. This position is contingent upon award of contract. 

Principle Areas of Responsibility:

  • Oversee the day to day performance of multiple inspection teams located at multiple project sites across the Middle East.
  • In charge of daily coordination, communication, and reporting to the Government Client
  • Must be able to review and implement drawings, specifications, QC plans, safety plans, Property Management systems, Health & Safety plans, and oversee the development of project deliverable.
  • Must be able to provide inputs to all of the preceding in order to finalize the project plan as well as make adjustments along the way for unforeseen events.
  • Must be able to maintain a tracking log of deficiencies during construction, develop a final punch list upon completion of work and oversee completion of the punch list.
  • Must be able to effectively lead safety briefings to the Client
  • Must be able to complete daily reports on work progress as well as monitoring cost, quality, safety, and schedules.
  • Oversee all work to monitor compliance with the project requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct inspection teams and suppliers/vendors.

The Skills, Knowledge and Abilities We Seek: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
  • Ten years of project management experience –related experience preferable in military environment or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
