Job Description: Job Title: Facilities Manager
Bill Rate to ***: ***-***
Shift Times: M-F: 7am-3:30pm
Overtime: As needed
Exposure to lead-safety gear provided- need to be worn when entering specific areas/ certain length of time
Individual will be responsible for: Budgeting management, client interaction, leading monthly client meetings, facility walk though, interacting as face to face with Vendors, contractors, pre safety checks
Working WithCompressed air and chillers
Industrial and Heavy duty manufacturing equipment
Big chillers and big HAVC units on an industrial level
" Day to Day Responsibilities:
" Education Requirements: Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas.
" Systems/Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system.
Intake Notes" Does this position have the potential to convert to direct? Possible
" What is the Lift Requirement? Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
" What does the interview process look like? (Ex: Zoom/MS Teams, onsite, etc.) 1 round- Teams or phone, onsite (tour)

- Facility management experience is a MUST for this role*** This is an industrial facility where experience with Industrial and Heavy duty manufacturing is needed.

" Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
- Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
- Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
- Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
- Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
- Manages capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.
- Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.
- Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training.
- Provides process and procedure training.
- Conducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
- Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
- Other duties may be assigned.
