This position will be mainly outdoors taking care of lawn and grounds maintenance. Outdoor maintenance of the building is also a large part of this role.

• Maintain landscapes by watering, pruning, fertilizing, planting, and weeding
• Troubleshoot irrigation systems
• Perform landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding
• Maintain records of materials and equipment used
• Remove debris and trash
• Maintain and replace exterior signage
• Maintain and paint curb, bollards and other exterior areas as needed.
• Landscaping and painting
• Candidate should be comfortable with basic lawn care tools
• Valve replacement
• Irrigation repair

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.86 - $22.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Phoenix, AZ 85003 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
