THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Wholesale division to lead our sales efforts in the computer software industry, with a specific focus on cloud connectivity and SD-WAN solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong customer relationships.

THE COMPETENCIES:

Experience:

  • Applicants should possess a number of years experience relevant in accordance with skills we have highlighted, along with progressive sales experience in the computer software industry, with a strong focus on cloud connectivity and SD-WAN solutions.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the computer software industry, cloud technologies, and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape and market trends in the relevant sector and strong strategic and analytical capabilities to develop effective sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Open to adapting sales strategies to meet changing market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities to secure beneficial contracts, partnerships, and deals with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
