Experian is Hiring a Customer support specialist Near Van, AR

Job Description

We are looking for Agents to work for our Van Buren, AR Call Center! If you are someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, can analyze consumers' written or verbal grievances or disputes, and has strong computer skills.

this is a great opportunity for you. You are resourceful, a fast learner, and empathetic towards customers.

  • Start date is Thursday, August 1, 2024.
  • This position pays $15.00 / hr. and is eligible for a $1,500 performance bonus ( see additional information below).
  • Taking Inbound calls.
  • Help with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; and advocate for solutions that will help consumers improve their creditworthiness
  • Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections.
  • Receive customer requests for assistance; identify support needed, and either help or forward requests to the appropriate functional area.

Qualifications

  • Must have High Speed Internet (Minimum 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload)
  • This is a 100% remote opportunity but you MUST live within 45 minutes of Experian's Van Buren office.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One or more year(s) of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with computer programs
  • Exceptional Customer Service experience
  • Problem solve with probing questions.
  • Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in compliance and regulatory environment.
  • Coordinate between bureau and client systems to assist customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Results orientated and passionate about helping customers.

Performance Bonus

Will be paid out after completing 90 and 180 days of employment.You will receive a performance bonus of $1,500, less standard withholding and authorized deductions, to be paid in two installments.

The first installment of $1,000 will be paid after 90 days of employment and the second installment of $500 will be paid after 180 days of employment, as long as you are not on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or corrective action as of the 90th or 180th day of employment.
