We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Digital Technology,  to join our Management Consulting team where you can fully utilize your skills and expertise in project management to drive effective solutions for the clients’ needs. You will learn and fully understand our clients’ business, evaluate the issues and develop solutions to become the clients’ key advisor. 
Location:  Fort Worth, TX (hybrid)
What You’ll Do

• Program Manager will lead the daily project management activities in the digital technology PMO area of the business.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to assess current processes and implement new business model that involves new processes and technology.
• Manage the processes and gathering topics for steering committees and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) for the Chief Digital Officer.
• Demonstrate a logical, rigorous, and analytical problem-solving approach; lead business process current state discovery sessions and effectively gather current state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into solution design; build implementation plans.
• Facilitate the development of future state workflows while identifying process, as well as interpersonal and technical gaps.
• Building (and potentially templating) PowerPoints.
• Lead development of detailed plan to fill current state/future state gaps.
• Lead client status and executive review meetings as needed.
• Communicate and align status updates, synthesize data, and facilitate its communication at various levels.
• Lead direct or indirect team members for specific projects or objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven IT project management experience and ability to work without direction.
• 8-10 years of digital technology project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs within a complex environment.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clients.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to build implementation plans.
• Fully understand the client’s business and become the key trusted advisor.
• Experience in delicately identifying risks and collaborating with the client to drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in serving as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
• Proficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirements
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
