  • Minimum 4 years experience with Project management
Job SummaryThe Executive Administrator will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced environment. Should have excellent interpersonal skills, take initiative, demonstrate good judgment, and maintain confidentiality. They will also need to prioritize leadership capacity and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being detail oriented and having consistent and timely follow-through will be essential to the success of this role. Duties include but are not limited to:
Job Responsbilities
  • Calendar Management - attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leaders priorities and commitments
  • Travel and expense facilitation for leader
  • Work closely with the team admins/BMs to set priorities and ensure preparedness
  • Partnering with a variety of peers across exec offices to execute a smooth operation model
  • Purchasing equipment, services and supplies, and processing invoices as needed
  • Cross collaborating, planning, and supporting large scale events, including All Hands, morale, and other group meetings/events as needed
  • Distribution and security group ownership and management (as needed)
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4 years' experience supporting a senior leader/calendar management with team support required.
