Experis is Hiring a GMP Cleaner Near Malvern, PA
- Safely clean, store, and assemble all CMTI and client mills and associated equipment after processing.
- Monitor equipment to ensure required re-cleaning dates have not expired.
- Organize and maintain proper levels of inventory for all equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cleaning area and processing equipment.
- Document activities thoroughly and consistently.
- Safely carry out duties according to procedures and policies.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs as outlined in requirements.
- Compliance with CMTI Safety Rules, Regulations, and Policies.
- Minimize process delays and quality incidents.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
- Positive work ethic and attitude.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: No experience required; prior production experience a plus.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend overtime is a plus.
- Technical Skills/Knowledge: Systemization of assigned area, communication skills, time management, detail oriented.
- Behavioural Competencies: Integrity, results-oriented, business acumen, collaboration, change management, engagement, coaching.
- Physical Requirements: Standing or walking up to 8 hours per day, occasional lifting to 60 pounds, climbing steps/ladders, wearing a respirator, working in loud environments.
