Job Title: Marketing Manager

What's the Job?
- Execute B2B marketing strategy for the NPS Grab & Go business and Hot Pockets portfolio.
- Develop and execute tactical product marketing plans for the brands.
- Implement communications and sales strategies using industry insights and sales data.
- Manage the NP Hot Pockets portfolio, including product innovation and renovation, digital shelf asset development, and sales tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish product innovation, renovation, and go-to-market plans.
- Partner with external agencies on marketing strategy and tactical execution.
- Manage marketing budget plans to align with business objectives and deliver ROI.
- Collaborate on distributor marketing strategies and assess sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the digital team on e-commerce opportunities.
- Support sales execution by developing plans to address challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate lead generation processes and ensure end-to-end ROI.
- Develop brand messaging, training, and tools for sales teams.
- Update Grab & Go sales tools to reflect current insights and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- MBA degree preferred; BA or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; 2 years in foodservice sales/marketing preferred.
- Strong quantitative and project management skills.
- Experience in new product development and launch.
- Ability to interpret insights and data to drive business and communications.
- Experience managing external agencies is a plus.
- Digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams.
