Job Title: Product Support Engineer Location: Maplewood, MN Pay: $22 to $23 per hour Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and services for the window film portfolio in CBTD.
- Complete assigned technical activities related to product design changes in raw material management, test method development and validation, and management of specification changes.
- Verify product performance characteristics in support of product claims and warranties using scientific and engineering principles.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate the results of technical work.
- Minimum education: BS in a Science or Engineering field (preferred: Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Top 3 required skills:
- Film coating processes
- Practical understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Test methods for films
- Competitive pay ($22 to $23 per hour)
