Call Center Specialist Shift is 11am - 8pm EST MICORSOFT OFFICE, PROFICIENT PC SKILLS, ADAPTIBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY A PLUS Prior experience providing Support with technology within a call center environment. Resources who have worked within a Technical support role in the past Level 1 or 2 would be a good match for this position. It is not highly technical in nature they should provide excellent customer service via the phone and have excellent written and verbal skills to support customer base. Should have general technology exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments will be helpful.
