Expert Education Consultants is Hiring an Adjunct General Instructor Near Coral, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Instructor to join our faculty team. The General Instructor will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses in the areas of communication, humanities, social/behavioral sciences, natural sciences, and mathematics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to promoting student learning and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and learning outcomes provided by the institution.
  • Develop course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials for each course taught.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, discussions, and activities to facilitate student learning.
  • Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and other evaluation methods.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
  • Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay updated on advancements in the field of education and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and departmental leadership to ensure alignment of course content and objectives.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other institutional activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communication, Philosophy, Psychology, Biology, Mathematics, etc.).
  • Previous teaching experience at the postsecondary level preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject areas listed in the job description.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems.
  • Commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
