Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales team, providing technical expertise and information to prospective customers, collaborating on solutions, and offering support
• Take charge of sample production, ensuring high-quality outputs that showcase the capabilities of their technology
• Utilize client files to redesign parts optimized for 3D printing technologies, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
• Support customers in realizing the full benefits of Additive Manufacturing by offering guidance on part design and assisting with production setup
• Conduct application training sessions for new customers, empowering them to leverage the technology effectively
• Collaborate with the Marketing team, contributing to the design and production of 3D models for demonstrations and trade shows worldwide

Requirements

• Higher degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
• 3 years of experience as an Application Engineer in the 3D printing industry
• Solid experience designing 3D models
• 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to travel 50% of the time (mostly in Los Angeles and occasionally within US and abroad) - the other 50% is home office
• You are based in Los Angeles or you are open to relocating there
