- Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing.
- Address legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters, restrictive covenants, and more.
- Facilitate real estate and loan closings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase and sale agreements, easements, developer agreements, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex real estate issues.
- Collaborate with the internal real estate team and clients to ensure successful completion of real estate deals.
- 3-5 years in real estate law.
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word.
- Advanced legal research and technical writing skills, including proficiency with legal research tools such as WestLaw and Practical Law.
- Strong academic and employment credentials.
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
