What you will be doing:

• Establish escrow accounts and process transactions for vacation ownership properties
• Handle calls and requests, answer questions, and provide information to clients
• Receive contracts from clients, review purchase agreements, set up accounts, and verify data
• Prepare conveyance documents, record documents in multiple states
• Create title insurance policies and distribute funds for each transaction
• Prepare tax documents as may be required
• Prepare closing documents on all transactions, including those that may have unique features or complicated matters
• Calculate title and escrow rates, including payoffs, and tax prorations as applicable
• Review and understand contracts and purchase agreements to facilitate escrow closing
• Review and verify title search results and perform research to clear title and provide basic solutions for curative action
• Verify receipt of deposit(s) and closing funds, balance file ensuring accurate accounting of all funds, disburse funds as per closing instructions
• Understand and follow the requirements of attorney or lender closing instructions when required
• Perform quality checks on files
• Work with customers and clients to address escalated customer service issues, including coordination of dispute resolutions
• Understand the role as a neutral 3rd party and work with Arbiter when required
