The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, with additional experience with Airbus A220 aircraft being highly advantageous. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to safety and excellence in the field of aviation maintenance.
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine aircraft maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Provide mentorship to junior mechanics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with Airbus A220 aircraft is an added benefit.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
