We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Supply Chain or Quality Manager for a role on-site at the Airbus FAL in Mobile, Alabama. The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal point of contact for suppliers, ensuring the management of delivery and quality performance, conducting audits, and overseeing supplier selection and qualification processes.

Responsibilities:

• SAP PAM NC management.
• Understanding non-conformities (NC, eTLB, eQLB, Concession etc.) and technical descriptions.
• Prioritizing and evaluating non-conformities.
• Managing with the OSS Team the priorities and the technical resolutions of the NCs and Missing parts.
• Managing the quality of the suppliers’ deliverables and holding suppliers accountable for support activities.
• Launching Root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Ensuring clear communication with the A320 FAL US and the Delivery Center through weekly reports and participation in operational meetings when requested.
• Ensuring quality in process to achieve customer satisfaction with cabin.

Qualifications:

• Strong relationship building skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate complex issues with various internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Robust product knowledge with an Engineering background preferred.
• Proficient in problem-solving with a thorough understanding of quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP PAM NC management is a plus.
