About Us: We are a woman-owned startup passionate about the intersection of travel, wellness, and health. Our mission is to inform and equip our audience with content and tools to to maintain their health and wellness while exploring the world. We cover topics related to travel, medical, wellness, fitness, and dietary preferences, providing valuable insights and tips to our subscribers.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented, motivated, and creative Content Writer Intern with experience in travel and expertise or passion in one or more of the following areas: medical, wellness, fitness, or dietary preferences. This internship offers a strong opportunity to build your portfolio, gain hands-on experience with a start-up, and contribute to a mission-driven brand.

Responsibilities:

• Research and write engaging, informative, and well-researched articles on travel and wellness topics.
• Create content that covers various aspects of maintaining health and wellness while traveling.
• Develop content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in the creation of editorial calendars and content strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and pitch new content ideas.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or current student in college or grad school, preferably in the School of Public Health, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Passion for travel and wellness, with some experience or knowledge in medical wellness, fitness, or dietary preferences.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present information in an engaging manner.
• Self driven and ability to reliably meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content creation and editing.
