Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of procedures
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to provide outstanding guest relations and customer service
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
