TLDR:
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Accountant will play an integral role in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives within the Corporate Accounting department. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of prioritizing workload throughout the month to ensure deadlines are met, and able to interact with all levels of the workforce.

\nRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum three years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or internal audit.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel, for financial reporting.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with monthly close and reporting deadlines.
- Strong commitment, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach to detailed work.
- Licensed CPA or CPA eligible.
- Master's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
- Experience in public accounting or project accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and/or Power BI.
- Prepare and review journal entries for month-end close.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain ASC 842 lease accounting, including software upkeep.
- Assist with year-end audits, tax schedules, and internal controls.
- Support acquisitions, purchase accounting, and ERP integration.
- Reconcile and post payroll to the general ledger.
- Process time bill adjustments accurately.
- Collaborate with Payroll Manager and HR on process improvements.
- Partner with leadership on accounting process enhancements.
- Train and assist other accountants.
- Learn and document additional accounting duties.
- Support special projects assigned by leadership.
