I. What is the opportunity?

• Are you an Accounting or Finance Professional, looking to grow your career with a new opportunity? If so, we may the perfect opportunity for you to join the team of a $200M regional distribution company in a Controller role overseeing the accounting team and all accounting and payroll functions. It is anticipated that this role will advance into the CFO role with the proper performance, strategic, and communication skills.

II. How will you spend your time managing?

• A 5-person accounting team, with input to department structure.
• All aspects of maintaining a sound accounting system and process that delivers timely, and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and government regulations.
• The timely and accurate production of management reports, budgets, and external auditor information.

III. We are excited about you if you have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Meaningful experience in a Senior Accountant, Controller, or CFO role.
• Successful record enacting meaningful improvement in accounting, and financial reporting efficiency and results.
• Successful record influencing improved operational and financial performance.
