Description
- Complete maintenance work orders (inspections, troubleshooting, service repairs, and installs).
- Use iPad applications to log descriptions of work.
- Coordinate with Property Manager and/or tenants for work order completion.
- Provide service for commercial buildings within a 40-mile radius around New Orleans
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle.
- Must have Universal EPA certification or EPA Type 1 & 2
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of a/c's in a commercial setting.
- Must provide at least 2 supervisory employment references.
- Must provide your own hand tools.
- Be available for periodic on-call rotations.
