Position: Nursing Secretary (Admin)

Pay: $21-24/hr

Parking: Available (parking lot - free)

Schedule: Mon – Fri (7am/8am – 3pm/4pm) flexible 8-hour shifts

Express Employment Professionals is urgently looking for a Nursing Secretary for one of the largest providers of healthcare in Hawaii. * Healthcare experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls
• Assisting families and clients with concerns
• Directing callers to the appropriate departments/parties
• Scheduling and payroll support for the Director of Nursing (DON)
• Assisting Administrative nurses when needed
