Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Order Processor for a medical device company in Laguna Hills. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire position.

Pay: $24-$27/hr DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintains effective communication with other individuals and departments as necessary.
• Contact carrier representative to make arrangements, and issue instructions, for shipping and delivery of materials in a timely manner.
• Perform physical/cycle counts of inventory with distributors on the field.
• Prepare inventory availabilities and transactions Excel reports and spreadsheets.
• Accurately enters all order requests received via telephone, FAX, mail, and email.
• Verifies all entries for accuracy.
• Interface with distributors to handle the movement of inventory professionally.
• Prepare International Shipment and Proforma invoices.
• Ensures customer inquiries are handled professionally and expeditiously.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with DHL, FedEx, USPS or any major shipping carrier.
• Willing to work on weekdays and, if needed, on weekends in support of operational needs.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with \ Microsoft Office products, i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel (is a must).
• Comfortable learning and using Inventory systems. Experience in inventory systems is a PLUS.
• Math Skills: Usage of basic math to add inventory.
