Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to work with a local Lincoln, NE client. This position is essentially the “hub” of the department and will manage incoming orders and the company’s online store. The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable, detailed, organized, and able to work with a tight-knit team.

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and other forms of communication
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures
• Generate reports for internal review/analysis
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting required
• Willing to learn and apply company policies and procedures
• Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
• Motivated and driven with the initiative to go above and beyond for customers

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Friday
• Pay up to $19.50/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
