Our client in Pennsauken is looking for a batching process operator. 6pm-6pm, rotating shift.

1 years experience a MUST

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
• Follow batch cards for all products verifying item codes, lot numbers, weights and descriptions
• Responsible for preparing batches per batch card (kettles, breddos, brix, acid, and PH levels) per batch card
• Assist with reports for ingredient lot numbers
• Remove any product not required for current batch run
• Participate in CIPs as needed
• Ensure kitchen and all utensils are clean and ready for use
• Understand written production orders
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain product quality and consistency
• Report an accurate and current inventory to personnel with authority to initiate action
• Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a MUST
• Knowledge of machining processes is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
