Responsibilities
● Oversee monthly retail financing costs, accruals, and overhead expense management
● Validate and processing invoices, manage journal entries, open and pay purchase orders and ensure monthly budget tracking
● Prepare retail financing pricing grids and other promotional documents while ensuring clear and timely communication with our financing partners
● Periodically update and validate various reports, dashboards, and visualizations across multiple data sources to support retail finance decision-making.
● Support the Business Operations Team with ad hoc tasks such as data entry and reporting, document creation and review, reports validation, and other administrative duties
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, data science, or analytics
● 1-2 years of experience in a business environment.
● Prior experience encompassing data analytics and data visualization preferred
● Candidate MUST be very proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Prior experience using Power BI, SQL, and experience with workflows
